Added pull-downs for CardOutput and Rituals.
Still entering information from Martial Powers and Adventurer's Vault.
Added a field for the warlock's power set, fighter's weapon choices, etc.

I can't thank you enough, it's awesome you're putting these together! You'll finish this version only to find that the PHB2 is going to be released and then have to start all over again! The time and effort you put into these sheets is truly amazing!
